Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack the goods according to our precise and exact specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, dependent on the particular product.

Returns

Our policy lasts thirty days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original package.
